Required to perform hazardous tasks under extreme emergency and highly stressful conditions with extended physical and mental exertion. Highly skilled and extensively trained in the duties of life-saving and protecting property from fire and other emergency situations. Required to exercise good judgement independently and in emergency situations.

Must be 18 years of age. Must be able to obtain a valid Class B Georgia Driver's License within 12 months of employment. Live within one hour of LaGrange. Ideal Candidates will have some college, associate degree in Fire Science. Certified Firefighter/EMTs and Paramedics considered a plus.

Firefighter - $43,095 - $61,344

Firefighter/EMT-A - $45,250 - $64,411

Firefighter/Paramedic - $54,121 - $76,954
